Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (BOLD24 UG, Dornierstraße 5, 30179 Hannover, E-Mail: info@hybrid-club.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (not the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BOLD24 UG, Dornierstraße 5, 30179 Hannover, Germany, info@hybrid-club.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs if you chose a different delivery method than our standard one), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the quality, features and functioning of the goods.
